BREAKING NEWS: Aero Precision, Ballistic Advantage, Stag Arms, and VG6 have been officially sold to a new private ownership group, ending White Wolf Capital’s ownership and the troubles that seemed to come with it. RECOIL has confirmed with internal company employees that this is real and not just wishful thinking.
From internal sources, the new ownership is a private investor group from outside of the firearms industry, but with a long history of successful businesses, and they are firearm enthusiasts who strongly support the Second Amendment.
Aero Precision, Ballistic Advantage, Stag Arms, and VG6 will remain separate brands, but will operate in collaboration much as they did in the past.
A major rebuilding effort is already underway. Supply chains are being reestablished, teams are working on product, and restocks from the above brands should be shipping soon. Core products will be back on shelves in the near future, with new products coming shortly after.
The new ownership has acknowledged that the last few years have been rough for everyone involved. The customers, the employees, and the business partners. Details are still light, and there is a lot of trust left to rebuild, but we’re encouraged by what we’ve heard and the details we know but aren’t allowed to share just yet.
More news and an official statement are expected next week. RECOIL is going to be keeping a close eye on the developing story and will update this article with more details as they’re shared. If the new ownership can right the ship and save these great American brands, the industry will be better for it. Good luck.
